The incident of oxygen leakage from the tanker at Zakir Hussain Hospital occurred around 12.30 pm. 

Statee Health Minister Rajesh Tope said that while refilling the cylinder from the tanker tank, leakage from the valve started and oxygen spread throughout the hospital premises. The leakage of oxygen was so fast that smoke spread in the entire hospital premises. In Sharuat, people felt that a fire broke out in a hospital in Nashik, Maharashtra, after the oxygen tank leaked. Even the district judge did not get treatment, FIR on private hospital in Kanpur. District Judge Hospital owner Bole, who arrived at Narayana Hospital for treatment on Wednesday, did not get treatment at all.
